Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of work is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete roadway improvements on various city roads. The work includes milling, temporary traffic control, asphalt paving, manhole adjustments, and associated tasks. All work must be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Instructions to bidders include that bids must be sealed, no modifications or withdrawals are allowed for 90 days after the receipt of bids or until notified by the Owner, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
