The City of St. Ignace Downtown Development Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide exterior power washing services, and exterior power washing combined with insect treatment services, for the front-facing portions of businesses located within the Downtown Development Authority District. This project will be part of a Downtown Development Authority grant program that assists participating downtown businesses with improving building appearance and addressing seasonal insect concerns. Services will only include the street-facing portions of buildings and will not include full-building cleaning or treatment unless otherwise specified. Contractors must submit a total bid amount for completing the work for all businesses and a separate itemized price for each individual business location.
