The City has established an estimated total project budget of $150,000 The City of Longwood, Florida (City) hereby requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide design-build services for the relocation, restoration, and reconstruction of the historic Lewis House (circa 1885), located within Downtown Longwood Florida. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and the City of Longwood Purchasing Policies and Procedures (P-208). The City intends to rank firms based on qualifications and experience and to enter into negotiations with the highest-ranked firm to establish a fair, competitive, and reasonable compensation for the project.
