Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boylston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Modernize elevator. Scope includes installing new power unit (Motor/Pump/Valve/Tank) and add all new system hydraulic oil. Install new solid-state controller with new soft starter, cartop station, selector unit and battery lowering system. Install all new hoist way travel cable and new hoist way wiring as required. Install new cartop door operator and cab and landing door equipment at each landing. Install new hoist way sills, headers and new hoist way doors at each landing (finished to match existing frames). Install new code compliant fixtures, including new car operating panel, hall stations and combo lantern/position indicator each level. (Install new stainless return cladding to house car operating panel.) Install new ceiling LED light.
