Description

Demolition, site work and environmental remediation for a development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call civil work for a conservation development.

The project involves habitat restoration in the Tijuana River Valley. To be given consideration, questions must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Phase I of the Tijuana River Valley Restoration project consists of the demolition of the existing structures at the Skibbies and Disney Properties. Phase I also includes the initial treatment and removal of non-native vegetation, installation of native container plantings, application of native seed mix, and irrigation system installation at the Campground, Disney, and Skibbies properties. Phase II of the Tijuana River Valley Restoration project consists of the maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of all the restoration areas installed in Phase I at the Campground, Disney, and Skibbies properties through July 15, 2028. The Phase II work will be completed under the Service Contract. Please refer to the Service Contract attachment for further details. Location: The project is located within the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park, with three project sites associated with this bid: 1.The Tijuana River Valley Regional Park Campground Property is located at 1942 Monument Road, San Diego CA 92154. 2. The Disney Property is located at the cross streets of Saturn Blvd. and Monument Road (32.549559, -117.092869 [Lat; Long [center point]). 3. The Skibbies Property is located at 1600 Sunset Ave., San Diego CA 92154.
