The project consists of various repairs throughout the FRSA's sanitary sewer system. Work includes removal and replacement of existing manholes, pipes, fill materials, and pavements as indicated on the plans and in the specifications. All construction shall be done in accordance with specifications on file with FRSA, including the General Provisions and Technical Specifications for Sanitary Sewer Construction, Four Rivers Sanitation Authority (Current Edition). Question Deadline 05/07/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing addressed to Four Rivers Sanitation Authority, 3501 Kishwaukee Street, Rockford, Illinois. To be given consideration, such request must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
