Completion of the Keith Creek Stormwater Park includes the following: 1. The installation of sidewalk, connecting from the parks new concrete pad to the existing paved sidewalk on the east and west property edges 2. The installation of a crushed limestone trail on the property as described in the site plans 3. The installation of a 30'x16' concrete pad on the property according to site plans 4. The completion of the assembly of a permanent pavilion on the concrete pad 5. The complete landscaping and grading of two rain gardens on the property according to site plans EVALUATION AND SCORING CRITERIA Price: The total price of the bid. (80 points) Work history and ability: A comprehensive outline of services, deliverables, equipment, and timelines. (15 points) References, community involvement, and social impact: A strong list of references and a history of involvement in community development projects.
