Written responses anticipated to be posted no later than:May 12, 2026 This Project Includes furnish, install, and program access control, card readers, electrified locksets, door position sensors, gate releases, control panels, intercoms, access control cabling, gate operators, surge protection, card reader pedestals, and CCTV. Demolition of existing chain-link fencing and gates, clearing of trees, bush and vines, furnish and install new chain link fencing with top rail 3 strand barb wires and grounding. Furnish and install cantilever gates, V track gates, gate operators with safeties, safety loops, associated safety devices, Hoffman enclosures with all associated equipment. Install TXDOT furnished pedestals & pedestal base. Furnish and install concrete pedestal base foundation, pedestal card readers, intercoms, CCTV and required surge protection, control and power wiring. Contractor shall assume existing infrastructure is non- functional unless verified during pre-construction walk through.
