Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Draining of existing pool Removal of existing pool tile, including; Water line tile Break line tile Swim lane tile Target tile Undercutting and removal of existing plaster around; Pool fittings Trim Main drains and penetrations Installation of new pool tile, including: Water line Break line Swim line Targets Surface preparation and cleaning of the pool shell Application of bond coat to the prepared surfaces Installation of new blue quartz plaster, including light wash finish Re-filling of the pool Start-up, chemical balancing and commission of the pool Pool size: Standard 25 yard, 75' x 40' Depth 4' to 11 1/2 ' 3,397 Sq.
