This project includes the removal and replacement of existing lighting fixtures with upgraded, energy-efficient systems, along with the installation of modern lighting controls. The work will be performed in accordance with all applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications. b. Scope of Services i. Removal of Existing Fixtures 1. Safely disconnect and remove all designated existing lighting fixtures. 2. Protect surrounding surfaces and equipment during removal activities to prevent damage. ii. Disposal of Equipment 1. Properly dispose of all removed fixtures and associated materials. iii. Installation of New Lighting Fixtures 1. Supply and install new lighting fixtures as specified. 2. Ensure proper mounting, alignment, and secure installation of all fixtures. 3. Verify all installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. iv. Lighting Controls Integration 1. Install dimming light switches and integrate advanced lighting controls where specified. 2. Configure controls for optimal energy efficiency and user functionality. 3.
