Bidders are instructed to direct responses to the designated individual or office as specified in the solicitation. The procurement opportunity is provided as a courtesy posting for Gateway Preparatory Academy, and not by the Division of Purchasing. All vendor responsibilities and compliance requirements are detailed in the solicitation; it is the vendor's duty to review the entire solicitation document to ensure compliance with all specified requirements. Scope of Work Project Overview The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a new asphalt parking lot measuring approximately 370 feet by 75 feet (27,750 square feet), including site preparation, excavation, base installation, paving, drainage, and tiein to an existing parking lot.
