Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Osage Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The work includes demolition of the existing bridge and construction of a new 90-foot, single-span prestressed concrete NU-girder bridge, approach roadway work, and any other incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. All bids must be submitted as a hard copy. Bidders are required to purchase plans through Great River Engineering and be listed as planholders to be eligible, and adhere to the prevailing wage rates determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations or the Davis-Bacon federal wage rates, whichever is higher. Bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List, with the contractor questionnaire on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and subcontractors must provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program or a similar approved program to on-site employees within 60 days of beginning work. A certified cashier's check or bid bond of 5% must be included with each proposal. No 2nd tier subcontracting is allowed. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, and the Crawford County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
