The project is titled "SSID 8580 S 220 E Sewer Project" and is managed by the Sandy Suburban Improvement District. Bidders are required to review the entire solicitation document to comply with all requirements. Submissions are due by Tuesday, May 12. Questions regarding the project are due by Monday, May 4. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. This is an advertisement for a procurement opportunity issued by the Sandy Suburban Improvement District. The contract award will not be posted on the website where the solicitation is advertised; interested parties must contact the designated individual or office identified in the solicitation for additional information. The Division of Purchasing is not the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, and it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure compliance by reviewing the full solicitation document. The project includes installing new 8 inch sewer line including manholes and new 6" lateral, abandoning existing sewer line and manholes, sitework, roadway and landscape restoration, and other work to complete the project as shown and specified. Contractor shall provide and install all materials required for the Work described. Contractor shall follow Section 01 70 00, Project Closeout to complete the Work. The Work shall be completed by experienced, qualified and competent personnel on or before August 10, 2026.
