Lingo Construction Services, LLC is seeking subcontractors qualified and capable of performing various scopes for the Maps 4 Multipurpose Stadium project located at 6 Southeast 4th Street, Oklahoma City. The scopes include masonry, ornamental metals, railings, fencing, miscellaneous steel, millwork, lockers, waterproofing and joint sealants, roofing, metal wall panels, fireproofing, doors (supply, install, and supply/install), glass and glazing, overhead and coiling doors, drywall and framing, tile and carpeting, sealed and stained floor, painting and wall covers, signage, canopies, folding partitions, specialties (supply and install), loading dock equipment (supply and install), facility fall protection, food service equipment and appliances, pools and hydrotherapy tubs, stage equipment, athletic equipment and shades, window curtains, stadium seating, furniture/fixtures/equipment, plumbing, HVAC, total mechanical, elevator, fire suppression, commissioning, electrical, data and telecommunications, audio visual, scoreboards and videoboards, security systems, pitch, irrigation, site paving, pavers, and landscape & site furnishings. Subcontractors are invited to respond by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with RFQ requirements. Submission must comply with all instructions and deadlines. Only those deemed prequalified will be eligible to participate in the bidding process. Failure to submit a complete SOQ by the specified deadline will result in rejection. Submissions must be made through Building Connected as detailed in the instructions. Participation in bidding is limited to prequalified subcontractors only. Subcontractors who do not respond to the RFQ or fail to meet all requirements and deadlines will be automatically disqualified from bidding.
