Sealed bids are requested for 33,000 gallons, more or less, of MC70 and MC3000 road oil furnished and applied. Stone, which will be furnished by the township, must be loaded and applied, with stone being chipped, broomed, and rolled. The equipment must be capable of chipping and sealing in one 18-foot pass. The rate of application of material will be determined by the township. All materials must meet State of Ohio specifications. The successful bidder must provide proof of worker's compensation and insurance and sign a hold harmless agreement. The trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Bids should be clearly marked 'OIL BIDS' on the envelope and sent to the designated address.
