Demolition and site work for a military facility in Savannah, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The Highland County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank) is seeking qualified contractors to bid for the demolition and/or clearing of forty-one (41) properties in Highland County. Highland County has stated "We will NOT be accepting bids via email, meaning all bid packets must be dropped off or mailed to the Land Bank office." The bidder is responsible for examining and evaluating the existing conditions of the properties. The bidder is also responsible for providing all tools and equipment required for the performance of the work at the bidder's expense. All work performed for the projects shall comply with the Demolition Procedures and Specifications provided in Exhibit 1.
