Project includes milling and removal of existing asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of sections of curb and gutter, removal and replacement of inlet and catch basin storm structures, and replacement of two lifts of asphalt pavement. Major work items are approximately 7,360 tons of asphalt pavements, 26,170 SY of milling, 1,681 LF of concrete curb, 80 LF of replacement reinforced concrete pipe, and 225 LF of HDPE pipe. Project elements may also include, but are not limited to, pavement removal and replacement, pavement and base course removal and replacement, excavation below subgrade, sanitary, water, storm utilities repair and surface elevation adjustments, landscaping, erosion control, striping, painting, mobilizations, de-mobilizations, traffic control, and other miscellaneous related items. Bidding and contracting must conform to relevant Wisconsin State Statutes. The successful bidder is required to furnish performance and payment bonds each at one hundred percent of the contract price.
