All questions are due seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid date. Project Description: This project is located in Winchester, Massachusetts. 1. Selective reclamation/demolition and removal of existing vegetation, site pavement, footings and posts, chain link fences, and all existing concrete pads within limit of work. 2. Protection of existing pavement, adjacent roadways, parking areas and utilities inside and outside the limit of work as indicated. 3. Site work: Preparation of Subbase as outlined herein, installation of new pavements, subbase, basketball court surfacing, striping and goal posts and associated materials. Top dress all disturbed areas with loam and seed. 4. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 5. Coordinate all construction activity, trades, schedules, deliveries, staging areas and subcontactors to minimize impact to the Owner. B. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
