Remodeling of an educational facility in Casstown, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the flooring replacement at Miami East K-8 School. Bidding documents, including drawings, specifications, project manual, and bid form, are available from Buehrer Group Architecture & Engineering, Inc. at a non-refundable cost for printed sets; electronic documents are available at no cost. Bids must include a bid security in the form of a bond naming the Board of Education as obligee for the total amount of the bid (including all add alternates), or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent of the total bid, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the bid opening. The School District reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Architectís Office, attention Kent Buehrer at Kent@buehrergroup.com. Prospective bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Architect, not less than five (5) days before closing time for bids, a written request for interpretation or clarification.
