Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Dane County Can Storage Yard Construction at 7913 E Buckeye Road, Madison, WI. The project includes exterior improvements, electrical work, fencing, and installation of an automated gate at the Can Yard, delivered under a lump sum contract. The objective is to provide secure storage for roll off containers near Dane County Landfill sites. The work must be performed in coordination with County site work and comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, local permitting requirements, and prevailing wage laws. Qualified vendors should demonstrate experience in site civil work, landscaping, electrical gate and fence installation, and project management of similar size and complexity.
