Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 700-square-foot road / highway; 2,600-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The contract consists of the resurfacing of 2,600 square yards of existing asphalt parking lot, 700 square yards of asphalt roadway, 475 lineal feet of 6-inch ductile iron storm sewer, and 130 lineal feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Instructions to bidders specify that sealed bids for pavement resurfacing and storm sewer construction will be received until 10:00 am, local time, Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the office of the Village Clerk. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the Village Board of Trustees meeting room. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid. Bidders must also submit the required proposal forms and documentation as specified in the contract documents. The Village of Maple Bluff reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Maple Bluff within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0001 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with their bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction.
