Site work for a water / sewer project in Hagerman, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally includes the installation of approximately 5,400 linear feet of 6-inch through 20-inch water main, service lines, service connections, fire hydrant assemblies, pressure control valves vaults, and related surface repairs. Alternate bid schedules include an additional approximately 5,800 linear feet of 6-inch through 16-inch water main. This project will require prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates to be paid to all workmen, laborers, or mechanics employed in the performance of any part of this contract. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components. For all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
