Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Hagerman, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project includes a new 500,000-gallon bolted steel tank, a new pump station with one vertical multistage pump, retro-fit of an existing pump station with one horizontal split case pump, geopier soil improvements, mechanical piping and valves, electrical system, instrumentation and controls, HVAC system, wood framed building with metal roof, conventional reinforced concrete footing, yard piping, and site civil work and grading. This project will require prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates to be paid to all workmen, laborers, or mechanics employed in the performance of any part of this contract. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
