The work under this contract shall consist of proposed roadway, sidewalk, drainage, lighting, electrical, site and building improvements in the Downtown Plaza, generally located along Neil Street and Washington Street. Improvements will include proposed concrete paving, storm sewer, site utilities, pavement markings, park amenities, landscaping, new restroom building, new kiosk buildings, and other miscellaneous items of work necessary to complete the construction as shown in the plans and required by the specifications. Downtown Plaza is located along Neil Street between Washington Street and Main Street, and Washington Street between Neil Street and Fremont Street, in the City of Champaign, Illinois. Pre-qualification: Required A workforce participation goal of 5% MBE and 5% WBE.
