HVAC replacement in accordance with the attached scope of work, including: determining heat load calculations for the HVAC system using the installed ducting system and using these calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity for indoor and outdoor units; providing the owner with a written copy of load calculations; providing and installing any necessary modifications, changes, or resizing to duct work as determined by heat load calculations; installing a new EPA approved A2L based refrigerant unit (either R-454B or R-32, preferably R-454B); pulling and installing a new line-set including new suction and liquid lines from heat pump to air handler; installing a new liquid line drier for each circuit indoors near the air handler; removing and disposing of the current outdoor and indoor units (unit will not have refrigerant in it); replacing wiring and conduit from existing service disconnects to new equipment, and replacing any corroded or damaged conduit or wiring found during demo; replacing any non-fused disconnects with new fused ones; replacing all thermostat control wiring inside and outside with new UV rated wire; and providing and replacing existing thermostat to match the system function.
