Events DC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the supply and repair of ADA Lifts and associated parts at the Convention Center and/or at any other venue owned, managed, or controlled by Events DC. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required to perform the work, meeting all identified specifications. Work must be conducted under the direction of Events DC’s designated on-site representative. All services must comply with applicable Federal and District of Columbia laws, rules, regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer recommendations. The scope includes supplying and delivering ADA lifts and/or parts on an as-needed basis, performing repairs as required, and providing warranties on work and equipment. The contractor is responsible for timely delivery, adherence to approved schedules, quality workmanship, and proper supervision of personnel. No work is to be subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). Instructions to bidders include submitting electronic responses via the e-procurement system, providing all referenced forms and certifications, and ensuring the quote is valid for ninety (90) days. Bidders must have three years of relevant experience, references, meet licensing and bonding requirements, and demonstrate capability for timely and satisfactory service delivery.
