The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 52 L F Remove Sewer Pipe (Storm); 1,109 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement; 250 C Y Aggregate Base (CV) Class 5; 125 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C); 113 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wearing Course Mix (3,B); 1 EACH 48'' RC Pipe Apron; 1,892 L F 48" RC Pipe Sewer Des 3006 Cl III; 121 L F Construct Drainage Structure Design 72-4020; 135 LB Seed Mixture Southern Shortgrass Roadside. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Monticello shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Read carefully the wage scales and Division A of the Special Provisions as they affect this project.
