The City intends to engage the services of a certified contractor to replace the existing condensing unit with a new chiller at 100 E. Old Mill Rd in The City of Lake Forest, Illinois. The project consists of replacing the existing condensing unit with a new chiller, installation of a new chilled water coil in the existing air handling unit, installation of new system piping, and revision of existing controls.
