Description

Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Concord proposes a renovation of its existing uninhabited fleet facility. Scope of work will include demolition of existing restrooms, interior walls, HVAC, electrical, flooring, and ceiling grid. All new work shall be accomplished using C Design Drawings dated 2/13/2026. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Quoting Documents and the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Owner in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
