Roof replacement services including removal of existing roof drains, removal of the vegetated roof system, and associated construction down to the existing concrete roof deck. The work includes repair of the concrete roof deck and installation of a new conventional roof system, including but not limited to a vapor retarder, new roof drains, insulation, roof membrane, and copings. All work shall be completed within the specified performance period, achieving Substantial Completion within 225 days of the On-Site Notice to Proceed and final Contract Completion within 20 calendar days thereafter.
