Renovation of a water / sewer project in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of improvements to the Hiwassee Lift Station. Project Location: Hiwassee Lift Station (West of S Hiwassee Rd, at southeast corner of intersection of SE 15th St and Mill Creek Way, Midwest City, OK 73020) and adjacent parcels The Work, under this Contract, consist of construction of lift station improvements for the Hiwassee Lift Station including replacing the two current 0.76 MGD capacity submersible pumps with 1.58 MGD capacity submersible pumps utilizing variable frequency drives; installing improvements to the wet well top slab; replacing the discharge piping, valve vault and appurtenances; installing electrical, instrumentation, and control updates; and performing associated site improvements. The Project consists of the Work in the Plans and Specifications. The construction Work to be executed in the field will be based on Conformed Drawings and Specifications, which will be prepared by the Engineer based on the Work included in the Final Plans and Specifications.
