Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and retail development.
The project consists of the rehabilitation of the Summit Mall Parking Lot. Work will include milling, patching, resurfacing, and restriping. Anticipated Contract Award June 2026 Question Deadline 04/29/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Any communication regarding this invitation between the date of issue and date of award is to be in writing and directed to procurement@parkridge.us. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This work consists of cold milling approximately 5,700 square yards of existing bituminous surface to a depth of 2-1/2 inches; full depth patching of approximately 570 square yards of existing bituminous pavement and then resurfacing the parking lot with 1 inch of hot mix asphalt leveling binder and 1-1/2 inches of hot mix asphalt surface; restriping of the parking lot consisting of 2,600 linear feet of 4" thermoplastic pavement marking and six handicapped symbols, and all associated work. LOCATION OF PROJECT The work of this project will take place in the Summit Mall Parking Lot in Park Ridge, Illinois.
