The City and County of San Francisco, acting through its Public Works department, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to three pre-qualified firms for Design-Build services for the 1660 Mission Health Recovery and Connection Center project. The City has determined that the project requires specialized expertise and skill, which should be procured through the Design-Build delivery method due to unique complexities of the design, construction, and schedule restrictions. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 at 2:00 PM PT QA date changed from 05/15/2026 as per adda 1 Questions on Bid Documents / clarification regarding the RFP shall be in writing and submitted via email.
