Remodeling of an educational facility in Vinton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The project consists of demolishing existing common area flooring at Vinton-Shellsburg Middle School, including existing VCT, epoxy, and carpet flooring, and replacing these with epoxy and new carpet. Bid Package #1 includes two contracts: Contract 09.65 for resilient flooring, base, and carpet and Contract 09.66 for epoxy matrix terrazzo. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the contract documents and submitted exclusively on the provided bid form. Submitted bids must be clearly labeled with "BID PROPOSAL FOR THE VINTON-SHELLSBURG – MIDDLE SCHOOL FLOORING REPLACEMENT" and indicate the contract(s) included. No bid security is required.
