Site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Ocean, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility.
The project consists of a single contract for the construction of the Additions and Alterations to Wanamassa Fire Company. The work required by the Contract Documents includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all 4 labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the New Williamstown Firehouse 5 located at 555 S Main Street, Williamstown, New Jersey 08094., in accordance with Drawings and 6 Project Manual dated April 15, 2026 prepared by ROBBIE CONLEY ARCHITECT, LLC., 596 7 Glassboro Road, Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097, and such addenda as may be issued prior to the 8 due date for bids. Contractor shall be knowledgeable of all applicable codes and shall only use 9 materials approved for such use in applicable codes and standards.
