Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in LaFayette, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The project is for improvements to the Ron Bush Community & Senior Center located at 2508 US Route 11, LaFayette, NY. The scope of work includes interior and exterior painting of the facility, minor drywall repair, and selective trim and siding replacement. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes using the specified proposal forms. The Town of LaFayette reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to reject any or all bids. Prospective proposers are encouraged to visit the site and may schedule a walkthrough by contacting the designated representative. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Painting of walls and ceilings of the interior of the building. 2. Painting of exterior siding and trim of the building. 3. Select repair of drywall. 4. Select replacement of trim and siding throughout.
