Capital Region Water is accepting sealed bids for Project No. 2026-203 Gate House - Addition of Second VFD to Split Load. Sealed bids are to be submitted via the online PennBid Procurement Portal. Capital Region Water intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Board of Directors. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through to discuss the Bid and Agreement at the Capital Region Water Gate House, adjacent to Reservoir Park. Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required for this bid in accordance with the contract documents. Bid Bonds are not required. Bids must be submitted online using the included Proposal Form in the PennBid Procurement Portal. While bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, they cannot change, modify, delete, or add to the text of any Bidding Documents. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a bid may be cause for rejection.
