This project is a revised rebid request for proposal and includes general, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection construction for the Pennsylvania Joint Laboratory Facility. The estimated value ranges for each segment are: General Construction ($118M-$119M), Site Work ($19M-$20M), Interiors ($3M-$4M), HVAC ($42M-$43M), Sheet Metal ($18M-$19M), Plumbing ($24M-$25M), Electrical ($45M-$46M), Site Electrical ($9M-$10M), and Fire Protection ($3M-$4M). The scope requires registration to view/download plans and specifications and all proposers must have a current, active vendor number. All proposers are required to create a user profile within e-Builder to access the bid package. Participation goals for Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) are set for each contract, and proposers must either meet these goals or demonstrate good faith efforts to do so.
