The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct two (2) new asphalt pickleball courts in a single battery configuration at Sunset Lakes Community Center, 2801 SW 186th Ave, Miramar, FL 33029. The Work includes site preparation and base construction, asphalt paving, pickleball net post foundations, surface preparation and acrylic coating system, net posts and nets, and perimeter fencing and gates, all in accordance with this Solicitation, applicable codes, and recognized industry standards for athletic court construction. Contractor shall obtain all required permits and provide all applicable manufacturer and workmanship warranties accordingly. The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct two new asphalt pickleball courts in a single battery configuration at Sunset Lakes Community Center, 2801 SW 186th Ave, Miramar, FL 33029.
