Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) invites independent third-party Commissioning Authority (CxAu) firms and teams to submit proposals for the provision of Commissioning Authority Services for the planned eight-story Student Housing facility at the KPU Surrey Newton campus. The successful Proponent is expected to be a third-party advisor for the Owner; leading the commissioning team, advocating for the Owner, and reviewing documentation and construction activities to ensure that the Owners requirements are being met at all times.
