Event ID 17300-EVT0010799 Requisition ID: 0000031009 Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions requesting clarification of the bid event must be submitted in WRITING to the Procurement Officer prior to the close of business on May 12, 2026 to the following address: Ashley Evans Telephone: 785-296-8107 Facsimile: 785-296-7240 E-Mail Address: Ashley.N.Evans@ks.gov Kansas Department of Administration Procurement and Contracts 900 SW Jackson, Suite 451-South Topeka, KS 66612-1286 Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following work on the existing Ansul kitchen fire suppression system: o Remove and replace all rusted and corroded conduit and associated fittings on the detection line. o Replace all nozzles and drops associated with the suppression system. o Install grease-tight fittings at all kitchen hood penetrations. o Remove and replace ten (10) series detectors. o Provide and install new cabling for the automatic detection line. o Integrate the new detection line with the existing Ansul Automan control unit. o Perform full system testing to verify proper operation and compliance with applicable codes and standards. o Reset the system and restore it to normal operational status upon completion of testing. Period of Contract: Date of Award through May 31, 2027
