This opportunity is to supply and deliver one prefabricated shelter for baggage drop off at the BC Ferries Little River Terminal Maintenance Yard, located at 1300 Ellenor Road, Comox, British Columbia, V9M 4B3. Submissions are to be made by email to terminalsprocurement@bcferries.com. Proponents must email their proposal to the appropriate contact before the stated closing date and time. Any pricing tables must be included in Excel format. Proposals must be in English and submitted in Microsoft Office 2007 or later or Adobe PDF format. Attachment worksheets provided in Excel format should be submitted in Excel format. Each file should be less than 10 MB. ZIP or similar files are not accepted. Proposals should not contain hyperlinks or website addresses for material that is to be considered part of the proposal, as BC Ferries may not review such information and this may result in a non-compliant proposal.
