Single prime contract sealed bids are invited for the Oil Tank Replacement at Fran Greenspan Central Office and Half Hollow Hills High School West, Bid #26-09-SI. Bids must be received at the Administration Office, 525 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, New York, 11746 by the specified time, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract documents are available both digitally and as hard copies for a fee. Registered plan holders will receive any bid addenda via email. Bidders are responsible for shipping costs if documents need to be shipped. The bid deposit for hard copies will be returned upon return of plans and specifications in good condition, except for the awarded bidder whose deposit will be forfeited. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but the School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives or proposals, and to readvertise if deemed in the best interest of the district.
