The Northeastern Local School District Board of Education is seeking construction manager at-risk services for upgrades to Tinora Softball Field. The project consists of installing turf and related facilities, as well as necessary excavation, sub-surface preparation, and grading for the bullpens and infield. The Owner desires to upgrade Tinora Softball Field located at 5751 Domersville Road, Defiance, OH 43512. The Owner desires to install field turf for the infield. The contractor shall be required to provide pre-construction, construction, and closeout services using a construction manager-atrisk delivery method. The Owner is interested in a contractor who can provide a turn-key solution including the necessary turf layout, seaming, lining, recommended materials, and sequencing of the Project, and will be responsible for coordinating all trades and subcontractors necessary to complete the Project.
