The Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Troy invites the submission of separate sealed bid proposals to furnish materials and labor to complete the Reconstruction and Alterations to Troy High School project in accordance with the plans and specifications for general construction. Sealed bid proposals must be prepared along with a bid security in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Information for Bidders. Bidders must observe the requirements regarding conditions of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Bid documents can be obtained digitally for a non-refundable fee or as hard copies for a deposit, with refunds only to bona fide bidders who return complete, unmarked documents. Copies must be obtained from the designated distributor to be considered an official plan holder. Addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders. Bidders may inspect work locations before submitting bids by arranging visits during normal school hours. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or defects.
