This Request for Tender is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Stevensville-Douglastown Lagoon System Upgrades – Water Service. Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal. Bid document access, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Some documents may be secured and require registration to download and view. To participate in this opportunity, bidders will need either a subscription plan or Pay-Per-Bid access. Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Documents can be obtained from https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/ Site Walkthrough: bidders who attend the site meeting, and sign the attendance sheet shall be considered. This will be the only time that bidders will have access to the job site. Any bidder who does not attend the site meeting or who arrives after the site meeting has commenced will not be considered for the award of this contract. No allowance will subsequently be made for any errors or omissions on the part of any bidder.
