Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Otisville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Fall replacement of middle school and high school arsenic treatment systems for well water systems. Alternatively, Bidder's may, but shall not be obligated to, submit bids electronically via Online. If a Bidder chooses to submit an electronic bid, it assumes any and all risk related to software, connectivity, or any other issues related to the electronic bidding process. It is further recommended, but not required, that any electronic bids be submitted at least two hours before the deadline for bid submission to confirm that the bid has been timely, accurately, and completely received. Late bids will not be accepted. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 002113- Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be pre-qualified for this bid package by LakeVille Community Schools and Owner before document distribution or receipt of bids per the Instructions to Bidders. LakeVille Community Schools and Owner reserve the right to request qualification forms or additional information from any Bidder before issuing Bidding Documents, receiving Bid Proposals, or awarding the Agreement. Familial Disclosure Form required with Bid. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113-Instructions to Bidders and Document003100-Available Project Information. Bid Proposals shall be on forms furnished by LakeVille Community Schools via Online. Bidders shall not withdraw or revoke Bid Proposals for a period of 90 Days after date for receipt of Bid Proposals. Bidding Documents shall make a written request, which shall reach LakeVille Community Schools at least 7 days prior to the date for receipt of Bid Proposals. Direct all questions to: B. LakeVille Community Schools Representative Name: Samuel Esser, email; sam.esser@bartonmalow.com Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security, in the amount of 5% of base bid, by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into an agreement with LakeVille Community Schools on the Agreement Form identified in the Project Manual and maintain its prequalification status with Barton Malow until the work is completed. Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) greater than 1.0 may not be considered for contract award. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with LakeVille Community Schools on the AIA Document A132 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Adviser, 2019 Edition. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
