The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 538-19-215, Patient Privacy & Dignity Renovations Facility Wide at VAMC Chillicothe, Ohio. The Project Magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Period of Performance (POP) is within 360 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due no later than August 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.
