Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chillicothe, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project consists of facility-wide patient privacy and dignity renovations at an active VA medical environment. Work includes installation of cubicle curtain assemblies in multiple buildings, removal of existing curtains at designated community-based outpatient clinics under alternate work, replacement of doors and door hardware across multiple buildings, and removal and replacement of specialty HW R3 lock hardware in specified rooms of Building 210 under alternate work. The scope includes all associated construction activities such as demolition, coordination, scheduling, infection control, safety measures, quality control, and protection of ongoing medical operations. All work must comply with VA safety requirements, Infection Control Risk Assessment standards, security and badging protocols, and applicable historic preservation requirements, ensuring continuous operation of the medical center throughout construction. Location: Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
