The project requires a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to prepare the site for building operations and complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Tier 2 construction. Work includes general construction, roads, walks, drainage, necessary removal or modification of existing structures, and patching and finishing. Civil work includes installation of storm sewer systems, replacement or repair of the existing parking lot, installation of a Computer Room Air Conditioning unit and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems, installation of power to serve the Main Control Room, abatement of basement level mold and lead, waterproofing from the interior basement level, flat roof replacement, fire protection system replacement, and related work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
