The work includes the complete removal of the existing EPDM roofing system on the B31 SPS Addition and the installation of a new EPDM roofing system. The effort requires providing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the failed roof and install the replacement system in accordance with the plans, specifications, industry standards, manufacturer requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal building codes. Work includes addressing deficiencies identified in the attached roofing report, including issues related to adhesion between insulation and the concrete deck, potential inadequate weighting during curing, and ensuring proper air sealing at all roof penetrations. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the VA Contracting Officer, Contract Specialist, and Contracting Officer's Representative. The period of performance is estimated at seventy-five calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
